Do you have a bunch of books that you keep promising yourself you will read one day? Or maybe you have a goal to read one book a month and you just realized it’s November and you haven’t read a book since last November? Well, let’s fix that issue!
BikeArlington in partnership with the Arlington County Library is hosting a monthly Bike Book Club. It’s the perfect event for you if you 1. Love to read 2. Enjoy bicycling, 3. Want to ride your bike with friendly people at a leisurely pace and/or 4. Want to read more books.
We will meet at locations close to a Capital Bikeshare station in case you don’t have a bike then ride to one of the county’s libraries to discuss that month’s book.
Join BikeArlington and WalkArlington for our signature Winter Accessory Workshop.
We will also be holding a donation drive for Arlington Street People’s Assistance Network (A-SPAN) to help provide cold-weather accessories for Arlington’s most vulnerable individuals. Participants are encouraged to bring donations or make an additional cold weather accessory to donate.
