Adult Learn to Ride
Apr 21 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Adult Learn to Ride @ Quincy Street Parking Deck | Arlington | Virginia | United States

This 3-hour class is designed to teach adults how to ride a bike. We start by teaching balance, then each rider proceeds at their own pace through starting/stopping, pedaling, and turning.

Our technique is fun, intuitive, and very successful! But it also will take hard work! Please wear closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, and bring along some water, a snack, and weather-appropriate outerwear.

BikeArlington & the Arlington Art Truck
Apr 21 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
BikeArlington & the Arlington Art Truck @ Alcova Heights Park | Arlington | Virginia | United States

Ride a stationary bicycle and activate a sound sculpture by DC area artists Emily Francisco and Alex Braden. The pedaling powers a five-tiered turntable housing vinyl records to create a unique audio experience.
