Join BikeArlington, Kidical Mass, and Arlington Safe Routes to School to prepare you and your student/s for the commute back to school! Biking to school is a great way to start off the day, help the environment, and get each of us the daily activity we need.
At our bike check and bike rodeo, we’ll help your student/s check their bike to see that it’s ready to ride and show students the best ways to navigate Arlington’s roads and trails. We’ll share helpful tips, and provide customized route guidance to make sure students are ready to conquer their trip to school.
All are welcome at this kid-friendly event with engaging demonstrations and activities for students ready to rock the bike ride back to school this fall!
Our Adult Learn to Ride class is for participants 18 and older who have never ridden a bike before or have not been on a bike in some time. Our experienced Instructors break the skills down step by step to get you on a bike and rolling in no time. Participants learn to start and stop, balance, glide, pedal and steer a bike and progress at their own pace.
